Associate profs and up: Hiking hear, printed scarves, buggies with grand-children, loose & comfortable.

Haha. Yes I heard complaints of the cold, but I have to say, doing interviews & meetings about jobs is a sure way to keep your temperature up. I was over-heated the entire time.
